Due to increased operation and logistics cost, an admin fee of SGD10/order will be incurred for the following:

  • Change from self-collection to mail delivery or vice versa at customer's request after order have been made. 
  • Change of self-collection location at customer's request
  • Redelivery of uncollected orders to stores after missing appointment date. An email will be sent when your orders are ready for pick up. You can book your preferred date for collection and we will send them to our stores on that date. Uncollected orders will be sent back to our warehouse due to store space constraints. No self-collection option at our warehouse. Admin fee will be charged to send this back to our store subsequently for pick up.
  • (Non Singapore) Change of mailing address with a different destination country from the one stated in the transaction. (*Note that we cannot change delivery addresses between Singapore and other countries, nor change from overseas delivery to a Singapore store collection)

 

*All unclaimed orders after 3 months will be disposed at our discretion. 

*All delivery / store collection conversion changes will require a min. 2 weeks processing time. 

*After conversion of delivery / store collection orders to the other method, they are not guaranteed to be merged with any existing orders and may be fulfilled separately.

*Please collect your orders on time after you have booked an appointment to avoid waiting. 


Store Collection Document Retrieval Fee

We have had an increasing number of requests to retrieve signed copies of collected orders for viewing despite confirmation from us that they were collected. We seek your understanding that this is causing a strain on our staff's workload, and our customer service personnel are in turn taking longer to respond to other enquiries.

As such, we have implemented a nominal retrieval fee of $0.80 per order per retrieval. For example, if you need to view the signed copies of 5 orders that we have verified that you have collected, a fee of $4 will be imposed. If you need us to retrieve these orders again on a separate date, another $4 will be imposed. We seek your understanding that we are imposing this to ensure we can continue to provide optimised service to all our customers.


Shipping Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility Policy

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. This includes all required details such as apartment number, unit number, suite number, building name, postal code, and any other information necessary for successful delivery.

Orders will be shipped exactly as per the address entered by the customer. We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or returned parcels resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or outdated address information provided at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address:

  • The customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the customer chooses not to proceed with reshipment, there shall be no refund or restitution given.

We are unable to guarantee address corrections after an order has been processed or shipped.
