KUJI DELIVERY INFORMATION

Shipping fees are based on weight and dimension of the items you pulled. The minimum shipping fees for the ticket stubs will be charged when you purchase the tickets, and the balance of the shipping fees will be billed to you separately after you find out which items you have pulled and they have been weighed and packed. Please click here for shipping and delivery information. 

Payment for delivery fees for the items have to be made within 1 working week. We will send the items to you after payment is made. No delivery fees are needed for collection at our stores! 


**There are strictly no refunds or cancellations for Kuji purchased. If we do not receive delivery fees payment for the items you have pulled by the deadline, we will proceed to send you the ticket stubs that you have purchased and forfeit the items.

*Please note that for Kuji items, there are no holds or reservations for Kuji tickets for eCheque payment options until the order is paid / eCheque cleared.

*Strictly no cancellations and refunds for Kuji purchased.

*Designs will be randomly picked for items with multiple designs. Our kuji is shared with our offline stores, and item availability information may change real-time in between live-show segments. We are also unable to facilitate changes / choosing via email, messaging or any other methods.

No email for instant menu when big prizes out

It was quite puzzling when I bought the ticket and even after the timer had reached 5 mins and even waited for it to refresh for about 15 seconds after the 5 mins mark. The set still has C and D in this set but it turns out that I did not get the figure and the C prize was missing. When I contacted the admin, I was only told that I got a small prize. I really hope that instant menu is not rigged. Those who play instant , be careful when buying, you may not get what is in the set.

1. Manual Refresh Required: The browser does not auto-refresh after the timer runs out. You will need to manually refresh the page to see the updated odds if the browser is already open.

2. Prize Allocation: We maintain detailed logs of all orders and prizes. Your order is #---306, we verified that the C prize you mentioned was won by the previous order (#---305), which was placed within the same 5-minute window.

3. Order Activity: To check for other orders within the same time frame, you can compare the number of prizes on the list against the quantity remaining. If the remaining quantity is lesser, it means other orders have been placed and waiting for results too.

4. Email Delivery: If you didn’t receive an email, it could have been filtered to your spam folder, or there may have been a temporary time-out issue with the email server. This happens sometimes. You can always view Instant results in your order details within your account history.
