I really love your prizes, but 90% of the time.. they are so hard to win that I have to buy tons of coin packages. By the time I’ve spent all if that money, we should be more than squared away with all costs. It typically takes around 15-20 turns to win. And it’s really tough to watch something drop over 20 times then have to leave it right next to the shoot so the next person can get it in a turn or two :/
The shipping costs wouldn’t be so bad if they were reasonable. But they are not. You should consider charging one or the other or drastically lowering your coin package prices. Or at least include many more coins than you do.
You need to take in to consideration that 40% of those coins get wasted on lagging and messed up turns. There aren’t enough coins in each coin package in comparison to what you charge at the machines too!

The shipping fee is expansive and the time it took for it to arrive is very long. The weight that I've paid is about 5kg but when the item arrive it's about 2kg. Some of the item is not accurate with its weight. Would recommend when confirm to ship out the item after check out then weight the actual total and then show the bill after its weighted. The gems is expansive too. If there's a player played more than it's cost would recommend reposition the prize for the player easy to get after he or she have played more than it's payout. Hopefully it will improve and so does the service. I love the email respond because they will reply after the next day when I have a problem. Thank you.
