I really love your prizes, but 90% of the time.. they are so hard to win that I have to buy tons of coin packages. By the time I’ve spent all if that money, we should be more than squared away with all costs. It typically takes around 15-20 turns to win. And it’s really tough to watch something drop over 20 times then have to leave it right next to the shoot so the next person can get it in a turn or two :/
The shipping costs wouldn’t be so bad if they were reasonable. But they are not. You should consider charging one or the other or drastically lowering your coin package prices. Or at least include many more coins than you do.
You need to take in to consideration that 40% of those coins get wasted on lagging and messed up turns. There aren’t enough coins in each coin package in comparison to what you charge at the machines too!
